► Handling time and shipping◄

- Handling time takes 8-10 business days (can be more days while holidays). For custom covers, the handling time starts in the day of proving the preview (if it was needed).
- Shipping takes 3-5 business days for the USA and 1-4 weeks worldwide.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Please, take into consideration that shipping time increases during holidays. So the shipping can take 5-7 business days for the USA and 2-5 weeks for worldwide packages.
► Refunds / Exchanges ◄
- Non-customized covers can be exchanged and refunded. Any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
The price of the product will be refunded once it is returned or at least if I am followed by a receipt from the post. A refund may take up to 7 working days.
- Customized covers are not refundable unless there is an issue with the product. Please send me the picture of the problem and I will try to figure out how to rectify it.
