Yule/ Winter is a time for deep reflection, shadow work, and hibernation. In Chinese Five Element theory, the winter time is associated with the kidneys, bones, the color black, salty flavor, the water element, fear, and willpower. The salt, especially the black salt, in this blend honors and nourishes your shadow work and your kidneys. Submersing yourself during your bath represents the water element. Along with the red rose petals and the orange slices, you nourish the energy of your two deepest chakras - root and sacral. You can meditate in what makes you feel grounded, stable, and confident to be able to pursue creative and intimate endeavors.
USES: Add half or the whole bag to your bathwater. Feel free to add a bath bomb, bath oil, fresh rose petals, and fresh orange slices to enhance the experience. TO USE AS A SCRUB: Add to your favorite carrier oil (1:1/4; salt:oil)
