I started making these capes for my grandchildren. The girls play dress up play all the time and the boys love to be superheroes.
The capes are double-sided. The masks are made of felt. I#39;ve put a felt applique on the cape to match the theme of the cape. The cape is held together with a heavy duty snap at the neck so they don#39;t fall off easily, as they would when you have Velcro. There#39;s an elastic band to keep the mask on.
I would love to make capes for your children or grandchildren. I can make just about anything that you can think of, especially if I can find the right fabric. I#39;m open to customizing the cape to your child#39;s fantasy or current obsession. :)
